This was a whole house interior remodel focused on allowing the homeowners to age in place and to showcase their extensive collection of treasures obtained from travelling the globe.

The architecture makes the most of the open plan, grounded by a central stair that can accommodate a future lift, and subtlety defines functions through colour shift and material texture. The new hardwood and porcelain tile flooring are the same height throughout to eliminate thresholds, all 4 bathrooms include floating vanities to allow for ease of cleaning and extra space for mobility aids, the walk-in showers have built-in benches with grab-bars, the Laundry Room and Kitchen both include built-in steps, as well as pull-out cabinets, hidden appliance lifts, and lowered countertops customized to the owners preference.

This ground-up 2,550 square foot residence located in Regina, SK features an open concept floor plan with a contemporized mid-century styling that maximizes the natural light of this water-front property.

The house has 2 levels and is composed of 3 Bedrooms, including the Primary Suite, with a separate Home Office, Library, Games Room, Bar, and a 2-person elevator. There is also a self-contained 1 Bedroom suite on the garden level for a live-in personal assistant.

A design for a custom 7,500 square foot, 4-bedroom West Coast Modern home to be located near Point Dume in Malibu, CA.

This project is a sister home to the Wildlife Road project and unfortunately, both properties were sold before construction began.

A full remodel and partial expansion to a 1,800 square foot bungalow in Venice, CA. This classic single-family residence was given a new life with additional square footage by converting the Garage space into an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit).

This project realized a full interior and exterior renovation of an existing 1,300 square foot bungalow in Venice, CA into a minimalist sanctuary. The former Garage was transformed into an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU), or Guest Suite, to expand the livable space and the property was re-imagined with a new in-ground pool and landscape plantings.
