Modus Architectural Projects Inc. (Modus-AP), a new design-build architectural services firm under the guidance of Robert D. Collins AIBC, AIA, LEED AP, enters the Canadian market. Based out of Victoria in British Columbia, Modus-AP’s focus is on the residential market, servicing single-family renovations, new builds, and the development of small-scale multi-unit projects (the Missing Middle).
